Ponca Playhouse to Present Shakespeare’s Most Famous Comedy

The Ponca Playhouse, 301 South 1st Street, will present Shakespeare’s most famous comedy, “The Taming of The Shrew”, January 21st through January 23rd and January 28th through January 30th.

The play is directed by Meghann Borum.

This hilarious comedy follows the story of Katherine and Petruchio as he attempts to woo her and win her love… despite her scolding tongue. It’s a match for the ages, it seems because he is as ridiculous and bold as she is wild and stubborn.

Performances are at 7:30 pm Friday and Saturday and a 2 pm on Sunday, each weekend.
