Ponca City Schools hosting free immunization clinic

The Ponca City Public School District is partnering with Total Wellness to bring the Vaccination for Children program to the district so students can receive immunizations prior to the start of school.
There is no cost to the parent.
A clinic will be held at the Registration Center at 111 W. Grand Ave. on the following dates:
Tuesday, July 18 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 19 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday, July 20 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Parent/guardians will be required to complete an Immunization Consent Form prior to a child receiving immunizations.
