Ponca City Police Department Officers Helping Those in Need During Freezing Temperatures

Ponca City-

Officers from the Ponca City Police Department spend a portion of their day handing out blankets to those walking, and ensuring those out-and-about have a warm place to stay during the sub-zero temperatures over the next few days.
