Ponca City Man Injured in Semi Accident Near Goldsby on Friday

GOLDSBY — Ponca City resident Donald W. White, 50, is in good condition following an accident that occurred on Interstate 35 on Friday December 3rd approximatley one mile south of Goldsby in McClain County.

Troopers report that White was a passenger in a 2022 Freightliner driven by Jason M. Mombourquette, 41, of Fresno, California.

The pair were traveling northbound when Mombourquette suffered a medical incident causing the semi to depart the roadway to the right, strike a fence and roll onto its side.

White was transported to Norman Porter Complex where he is listed in good condition with trunk internal injuries. Mombourquette was not injured.
