Ponca City Concert Series with Diego Figueireda March 24th at the Poncan; Open to Non-members as Membership Drive Continues

The Ponca City Concert Series membership drive is going on now. The Ponca City Concert Series is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that has been bringing quality, affordable musical entertainment to our community since 1935. Membership fees and donations are what make the series so affordable.

Concerts for the 2022-2023 series includes great entertainment like Seraph Brass, an all-female brass quintet, Classical pianist Pauline Yang,  the international string trio Sultans of String, Hooray For Hollywood Empire Trio singing fil songs from the 30’s to the ’90s, and members get to attend additional concerts in Bartlesville. All concerts in the series are held at the Poncan Theater.

Diego Figueireda a guitar sensation with a unique fusion of jazz, bossa nova, and classical will perform at the Poncan Theater, 104 East Grand on Thursday, March 24th at 7:30 pm. It’s an opportunity for non-members to purchase a ticket, enjoy a great concert and get information about the Ponca City Concert Series or become a member.

New members who enroll during March can also attend the Holy Rocka Rollaz concert on Sunday, April 24th at 2:30 pm at the Poncan. It’s an authentic trip back into the ’50s with a Rockabilly Trio from Minneapolis. 50’s costume contest at 2:25 pm with prizes awarded and lots of door prizes.

Membership cost is $25 for students, $50 for an adult and $75  to $125 for a family. Concert admission is by membership only.
