Police seek help identifying suspect

Police need your assistance in identifying the suspect pictured.  Surveillance shows that she used a stolen debit card three times at the Ponca City Wal-Mart Super Center located at 1101 E Prospect Avenue this past weekend.

The debit card was in a wallet that was taken in Arkansas City, KS from a resident there sometime between last Thursday morning, November 10^th and Saturday November 12 at noon.
