Po-Hi Sophomore Emily Belt PonCon Winner

Emily Belt recieved an award at PonCon 2023.

Ponca City High School sophomore Emily Belt received second place in a recent PON CON contest.

Emily won in the youth category for her micro fiction story called “Hope.”

Emily’s story will become part of a collection at the Ponca City Library and can be checked out in the next month.

She is pictured with PCPS Superintendent Adam Leaming, Christina Rich-Splawn of PON CON and Sheree Madsen, Assistant Principal of the Class of 2026.
