Po-Hi Diploma Pick-up Info

Mary Ladd, Public Information Coordinator for the Ponca City Public Schools system has issued a reminder that all Po-Hi 2020 Seniors will need to pick up their diploma and graduation tickets and instructions on Tuesday, June 9th, any time from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The pick-up point is at the drive-thru at the main entrance to the High School building. Please enter from the north, and exit from the south.
PLEASE NOTE: Diplomas may ONLY be picked up by the student
Additionally, PCPS asks that students return any school property.
Ladd also reminds the students that if they need to pick-up thier cap and gown or senior banner with your diploma, please call 767-9500 before June 9th.
Also, if you need to pick up an official transcript with your diploma, please visit the PoHi website, before June 8th, and complete a transcript request form.
