Po-Hi Announces Upcoming Events Celebrating Class of 2021

The Senior Panoramic Photo will be taken at the visitor stands (north side) of Sullins Stadium on April 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. All graduating seniors (Po-Hi, WCA, SHARE, Virtual) are invited.

The Senior Scholarship Banquet will be held at the PCPS Concert Hall on May 6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Invitations will be shared with seniors receiving scholarships. Seniors who are invited to attend will be provided vouchers for guests.

The Academic Awards Assembly of Ponca City High School will be held at the PCPS Concert Hall at 9:00 a.m. on May 12, 2021. Only seniors receiving academic awards will attend. Seniors who attend will be allowed a limited number of guests. The Assembly will be presented and viewed in a live feed to all students in second period classes.

The Ponca City High School Prom will be held on May 15, 2021. The Grand March will be held at Sullins Stadium at 7:00 p.m. for juniors, seniors, and graduates of 2020. Students will be provided spectator vouchers with the ticket purchase. The number of vouchers provided to each student for spectators will be based upon current safety guidelines at the time of ticket sales.

A live-feed of the Grand March will be presented via https://www.facebook.com/SpeakNowFilmCo  by Speak Now Productions. The elegant evening will continue for students in Robson Fieldhouse, following the Grand March. Only students who purchased tickets will be admitted to Robson Fieldhouse following the Grand March. The after-prom will follow and is sponsored by junior class parents and community members.

Baccalaureate will be held on May 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the PCPS Concert Hall. Seniors will be provided vouchers for guests. The number of vouchers provided to each student for guests will be based upon Concert Hall occupancy limitations and current safety guidelines. Concert Hall doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

Class of 2021 Graduation Commencement Ceremony will be held on May 21, 2021 8:00 p.m., at Sullins Stadium. Each senior will be provided vouchers for guests. The number of vouchers provided to each student for guests will be based upon current safety guidelines. More information will be provided regarding student check-in and district guidelines in May.

In the case of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony will be held in the Concert Hall, May 21, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. A live feed of the graduation ceremony will also be provided at https://www.facebook.com/SpeakNowFilmCo by Speak Now Productions.

Great Escape will follow graduation commencement in Robson Fieldhouse. Only seniors may attend and doors will open at 10:30 p.m. Great Escape is sponsored by the senior class parents, community members, and local businesses.
