PCPS Announces Meet the Teacher/Move-In Nights

Elementary Meet the Teacher/Move-in Nights for the 2023-2024 school year will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. at ALL elementary school sites. This includes the Washington Pre-K Center.
West Middle School students will pick up schedules on Tuesday, Aug. 15 for sixth graders from 3 to 6 p.m. and on Thursday, Aug. 17 from 3 to 6 p.m. for seventh graders.
Move-In Night for WMS students will be on Monday, Aug. 21. Meet the Teacher will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. with a parent meeting from 4 to 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 to 6 p.m. Two parent meeting sessions will be held. Parents do NOT need to attend both.
Eighth graders attending East Middle School will pick up schedules on Wednesday, Aug. 16 from 8 to 11 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Move-In Night will be on Monday, Aug. 21. A parent meeting will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. and from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Two parent meeting sessions will be held. Parents do NOT need to attend both.
Senior schedule pickup for Ponca City High School (parking and student IDs) will be on Aug. 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. and noon to 3 p.m.
Juniors will pick up schedules (parking passes and student IDs) on Aug. 11 from 9 to 11 a.m. and noon to 3 p.m.
Sophomores will pick up schedules and student IDs on Aug. 14 from 9 to 11 a.m. and noon to 3 p.m.
Ninth graders will pick up schedules and student IDs on Aug. 15 from 9 to 11 a.m. and noon to 3 p.m.
The first day of school will be Thursday, Aug. 24 for all PCPS students.
