PCPS Announces Distance Learning Day for all: 13 November

Mike Seals - November 9, 2020 10:17 pm

According to PCPS Superintendent Shelley Arrott, Friday, November 13, will be the 3rd 2020-2021 School Year Distance Learning Practice Day for ALL students.

Students will not physically come to school but will participate in a virtual learning day, which will count as an instructional day.

This day can actually make-up the inclement weather day due to the ice storm on Wednesday, October 28.

It is a required day of learning and attendance will be taken.

The day will give all students another opportunity to practice Distance Learning in the event a student is isolated, quarantined, or if there is partial or total, temporary school closure due to the spread of COVID-19.
