PCPD seeks help with missing person

The Ponca City Police Department is asking for the assistance of the public in locating a female with diminished mental capacity.

Kaylyn Reed, a 19 year old white female, approximately 5’8” weighs about 220 pounds, short brown hair and brown eyes lives in the 400 block of North Peachtree with her parents. She walked away from her home today about noon.

Kaylyn was last seen wearing the same clothes that she is wearing in this picture. A dark colored sweat pants and a dark colored Eskimo Joe hooded sweatshirt with orange lettering, stitching and yolk and black boots with purple trim. She had no cell phone with her or vehicle to drive.

A red small Samsonite bag is also missing from her home. She has been entered in NCIC as a missing person.
