PCPD searching for man involved in a rape investigation

Ponca City police are searching for a man connected to a second degree rape investigation. The man’s name is Bristin Shawn Schaeffer and he is 18.

According to Oklahoma State statues, second degree rape is defined as: rape committed by a person over 18 years of age upon a person which is under 14 years of age.
