PCHS Marketing Classes Create Food Trucks

Ponca City Public Schools - April 10, 2022 12:04 pm

Ponca City High School marketing classes are creating food trucks in class and received hands-on learning thanks to Big Time BBQ food truck.

Students learned about the food truck business model including pricing strategies, promotions, logos, expenses, insurance, permits, site approvals and inspections.

Students will now take what they have learned and create food trucks on their own and decide what the community needs based on market research strategies.
