OSBI asked to investigate Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office

The Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office has requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to investigate recent allegations of misconduct within the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.

The OSBI has not opened a case at this time.

OSBI is conferring with other investigative and prosecutorial entities with jurisdiction in this case to determine the best and most efficient course of action.

If OSBI opens a case on this matter, the public will be notified.
