OMPA Survey Begins the 1st of October

OMPA (Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority) has selected GreatBlue Research to conduct their biannual Customer Satisfaction Survey for Ponca City Energy beginning Thursday, October 1.

The survey call will show up on caller ID as GreatBlue Research with a phone number of 860-430-5379. Calls will be made between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, over the next two weeks. The final survey results will be presented to the OMPA Board for review.
