Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority Survey Underway

OMPA (Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority) has selected GreatBlue Research to conduct their annual
Customer Satisfaction Survey for Ponca City Energy. OMPA is asking Ponca City Energy’s residential
customers to participate in a survey to let them know how you think they are doing in providing electrical
service to your home. Residents could respond to the survey in one of several ways, which include:
• By phone. You may receive a call to answer questions over the phone. The caller ID will show the
call coming from Great Blue Research and the number will show up as 405-786-8606.
• By email. You could receive an email with a link to the survey. The email will show that it’s coming
from [email protected]. The subject line will read as “Ponca City Energy needs
your feedback!”
• By a link on Facebook. You may see a post on their Facebook page with a link to the survey.

ALLEGIANT UTILITY SERVICES INSTALLING NEW ELECTRIC METERS
The City of Ponca City has contracted with Allegiant Utility Services to install new electric meters on houses
and businesses. This project is anticipated to be completed in October. The technicians will be driving
vehicles with identification on the door stating that they are “Contractors Working for Ponca City Energy.”
The technicians will wear badges identifying themselves with Ponca City Energy and Allegiant Utility
Services. If the contractor needs to talk with a resident who is not home, they will leave a door hanger, and
the resident can call the number listed to talk with the technician.

CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY 2021
Ponca City Energy will celebrate Customer Appreciation Day on Wednesday, October 6, in the lobby of City
Hall. In conjunction with Public Power Week of October 3-9, Ponca City Energy will be handing out
information, giveaways, and prizes to our local customers! Ponca City Energy customers are invited to
come by City Hall to celebrate and pick up some great prizes and information.
