WALL, S.D. (AP) – An Oklahoma man was killed in a one-vehicle crash in a national park in South Dakota over the weekend.

The Highway Patrol says the pickup truck driven by the 51-year-old man from Sallisaw, Oklahoma, went off state Highway 240 in Badlands National Park and down a steep embankment, rolling twice.

The driver was thrown from the pickup and died at the scene late Saturday afternoon.

The patrol did not immediately identify him.
