Oklahoma COVID-19 Update for 15 February 2021

The Oklahoma State Department of Health on Monday reported 730 new COVID-19 cases across the state, bringing the total cumulative number of the state’s positive cases to 414,272.

Kay County has reported a total of 5,012 confirmed cases, with 69 deaths.

Osage County has had a total of 4,363 confirmed cases, with 44 deaths.

Seventeen additional deaths were reported on Monday. According to the health department, there have been 4,041 coronavirus deaths statewide attributed to the virus.

Officials also reported that 389,035 Oklahomans have recovered from the virus. By Oklahoma health officials’ definition, a recovered patient is currently not hospitalized or deceased and it has been 14 days after onset/report.

There are currently 21,196 active COVID-19 cases statewide, officials said.
