Oklahoma Christian University added to NCAA

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Oklahoma Christian University officials say the NCAA has approved the university of full membership in NCAA Division II.
The decision makes Oklahoma Christian eligible for Heartland Conference and NCAA postseason competition. OC was a member of the NAIA from 1965 until June 2011 when it began efforts to join the NCAA.
