Our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Vicky Lou Kelly, passed away on August 16th, 2025 after a long illness. She was 76.
Funeral service will be held August 20th, 2025 at 10am. Service will be at the St. Lukes Church of the Nazarene, Ponca City, OK. Officiated by Pastor David Frees. Vicky was born January 1st, 1949 to Ross and Rachel Neely. She graduated from Marland High School in 1967. Vicky married Jimmy Kelly January 6th, 1968.
Vicky is survived by her kids, Stacy and husband Andy Rogers, Lori and her husband Steve Kelley, Chad Kelly and his life partner Jeri Cramer and Lindsey Fosnight. Her brothers and sister Charlie Neely, Ross Neely, Carol Freeman. Grandchildren Chelsie and her husband Garrett Green, Matthew and his wife Haylee Rogers, Kaylee Rogers, Taylor Rogers, Bailey and his wife Lindsi Kelly, Conner Shear, Hailie Shear, Paislee Bentley, Kenzie Cope and Shelby Salas.
Vicky was also survived by her Great Grandkids Harlee, Hadlee, Gracely, Reid, Kai, Karsen, Nevada and soon to be, baby boy Kelly. There was also numerous nieces and nephews.
Vicky was proceeded in death by her husband Jimmy, her parents Ross and Rachel, sisters Suzie Patton and Shirley Payne and Granddaughter Shanley Danielle Kelly.
Vicky was the heart of our home and family. She raised four children - Stacy, Lori, Chad and Lindsey in a happy and loving home to be independent and thoughtful adults. As a grandmother and great grandmother, she loved watching all the kids with their sports events and 4H projects. She loved all the holidays and generally spoiling them rotten.
Vicky was known for her hearty laugh, kind heart and her work ethic as a CNA at the Ponca Nursing Home. She was the heart and soul of our family and though are hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loved ones and her love will live on in each and every one of us.
Casket barriers will be Matthew Rogers, Bailey Kelly, Conner Shear, Taylor Rogers, Irvin Wright and Randy Kihega.
Honorary Casket barriers will be Bobby Kelly, Aaron Stanford and Garrett Green.
