Vicki Lynn Lower

Vicki Lynn Lower, 71, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, died Monday, December 15, 2025 at the Kansas Medical Center in Andover, Kansas following a brief illness.
She was born on March 29, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas. Vicki was raised and attended schools in Arkansas City, Kansas.
For over 40 years she had worked as a bartender at several establishments in Ark City, including The Tropics, Whiskey Barrel, and The Main Event. She had also worked at Gordon Piatt. Vicki lived in Ark City until moving to Ponca City 15 years ago where she had worked in home health.
Vicki loved to play pool and was one of the top female pool players in the area. She also enjoyed crocheting, fishing and hunting.
Survivors include her two sons Mike Belair and fiancée Michael Anthony of Blackwell, Oklahoma and Billy Belair and fiancée Karli McBride of Winfield, Kansas; her 12 grandchildren Calee, Bailey, Mackenzie, Rowdy, Blayson, Bentli, Saylor, Jhett, Remy, Bexlie, Madden, and Maddox; one great granddaughter Royalty; as well as her sister and Best of best friends Kim Alsip of Arkansas City.
Vicki is preceded in death by her mother Norma Robertson.
