August 26, 1948 – November 27, 2023

Thomas B. Sattre, 75, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on November 27, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. At Tom’s request, no viewing is scheduled. A funeral ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Trout Funeral Home Chapel. Tom was born on August 26, 1948, in Racine, Minnesota, to Leo Jewel and Maxine Yvonne (Goodwin) Sattre. After graduating from Po-Hi in 1966, Tom attended and graduated from Northern Oklahoma College in 1968. He then attended Oklahoma State University. He married Carla S. Neal on August 14, 1971, in Peckham, OK. In 1980, he and Carla started and operated Royal Supply Company in Ponca City.

Tom loved cars and trains.

Tom is survived by: his wife, Carla, of the home; daughter, Tina Oswalt and her son, Nick Cramer and his wife, Mickey, and their son, Emmerson, son, Ryan Sattre and his wife, Stacey, and their daughter, Breonna Sattre Nelson and her husband, Ryan Nelson; son, Craig Sattre and his wife, Stephanie, and their son, Tristan and daughter, Avery; brother, Chris Sattre and his wife, Judy and their family, brother, Rick Sattre and his wife, Marilyn and their family; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mattie Jean (M.J.) Sattre Poor; brother, Bob Sattre; sister, Sharon Sattre Scott and brother, Kurt Sattre.

Pallbearers will be Larry Denton, Darrel Adams, Clint Sodowsky, Herb Neal, Jeff Cowan and Nevin Cooper. Honorary Pallbearers will be Danny Holmes, Glen Long, Tristan Sattre, Ryan Sattre, Craig Sattre, Nick Cramer and Jeff Sattre.
