Stella Aggers, resident of Ponca City, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 in Ponca City. She was 95 years old.

Stella was born on January 7, 1922 in Madison, IL to Sanco and Neda (Kostoff) Mineff.

Stella was a loving wife and mother who loved the Lord. She and her husband were active members in the Presbyterian Church in Ponca City.

Stella studied art at Oklahoma State University, collected antiques, and traveled extensively all around the world. She was an accomplished artist and often worked on her paintings at the Ponca City Art Center.

She is preceded in death by her husband John H. Aggers, her parents, and brother-in-law Wesley Clemons.

Stell is survived by her loving sons John H. (and Nancy) Aggers Jr., Richard A. (and Carol) Aggers, her sister Eva Clemons, her nephews Delbert A. (and Toni) Clemons, and Steven (and Catherine) Clemons.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, September 6 at the First Presbyterian Church chapel in Ponca City.
