Sharon Kaye (Miller) Rogers of Tulsa, Oklahoma completed her earthly journey and was welcomed home by her Lord and Savior on June 5, 2015. Sherry was born on October 9, 1939 in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She graduated from Blackwell High School and was married to Jack A. Rogers on June 24th, 1956. Sherry worked as a real estate broker for a number of years in Tonkawa and Tulsa. One of Sherry’s closest and lifelong friends, Karen Ghormley recently referred to Sherry as "her memory" as she could recount specific details of events long ago forgotten by others. Sherry was quick with a story, often times funny and usually with her at the center. She loved to laugh and her friends would say it was contagious. Sherry had a strong and deep faith in God and Jesus and shared that with everyone along with supporting scriptures.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Lila Miller and one son, James Rogers. She is survived by her sister, Doris Shepherd of Blackwell, daughter Jana Jordan and her husband Mark of Stillwater, son Jeff Rogers and his wife Kathy of Tulsa, grandson Bayley Jordan and his wife Jennifer of Oklahoma City, granddaughter Evan Jordan of Stillwater. grandsons, Gabe, Paul and John Rogers of Tulsa and granddaughters Mary and Anna Grace Rogers of Tulsa, niece Barbara Ihrig and husband Jon, and nephews Scott Shepherd and wife June and Mike Shepherd and wife Linda, all of Blackwell.
