Obituary for Sandra King

Sandra Murray King passed away June 8, 2015. She was 52.

Sandra enjoyed traveling, camping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved music of all kinds and to sit outside by her fire pit. She loved watching football and the Dallas Cowboys was her favorite team.

She is survived by her mother, Virginia Murray of Ponca City, her daughter, India Poore of Marland, her son, Murray Otter Kind of Ponca City, her brother, Kirvin Alan Murray Sr. and wife Ellen of Ponca City, two sisters, Lori Murray of Ponca City, and Virene Murray of Ponca City, four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Murray Sr., her husband, Acy F. King, three brothers, Robert Murray Jr., Donald Frank Murray, and Otis Murray, and one sister, Ida Sue Murray.

There will be a traditional Indian meal at noon on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Ponca Indian Baptist Church. Services for Sandra will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Ponca Indian Baptist Church with a graveside service at Ponca Indian Cemetery to follow.

Pallbearers will be Otter Murray King, Joshua Otis Murray, Jordan Zane Murray, Kirvin Murray Jr., Daniel Grant Franklin, and Andrew Quinn Pappan. Honorary pallbearers will be Kirvin Murray Sr., Harvey Dwayne Atkins Jr., Dakota Bear Murray, Johnny Poore, Jerreth Poore, Derek Grant Franklin, and D. J. Bonedock.
