Lizzie Michelle Roy, born on February 19, 1971, peacefully passed away on October 3, 2023, at her residence in Ponca City, OK, at the age of 52. Lizzie was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend who brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.

Lizzie had a zest for life and cherished the simple pleasures it offered. She found solace in swimming, camping, and floating the river, embracing the beauty of nature. Lizzie loved cooking out and sharing meals with loved ones during her favorite holidays, including the Fourth of July and New Year’s celebrations. She found happiness in nature and taking in the joys of summertime. Lizzie was also an ardent supporter of the University of Oklahoma, immersing herself in the excitement of college football.

While she was able, Lizzie worked at CHR, where she dedicated herself to transporting people. Known for her cheerful disposition and bright smile, Lizzie was a morning person who greeted each day with boundless energy and positivity.

Lizzie had an unmistakable love for jewelry. She enjoyed unique pieces that reflected her personality. In her quieter moments, Lizzie found solace in reading books.

Lizzie is survived by her mother Anna, three sons: Mark Roy Sr, wife Cara, Gabriel Dole, and Seneca Roy; and her cherished grandchildren: Jose, Santiago, Scarlette, Mark Jr, Etheleen, Margaret, Antoine, and Nyleen, her brother Darrell Clark, and her long time compantion Von Carney. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends, all of whom will forever treasure her memory.

A Funeral Service to commemorate Lizzie’s inspiring life will be held at Grace Memorial Chapel on October 6, 2023, at 11:00 am. Family and Friends are welcome to gather for a visitation the evening before, Thursday, October 5 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel at Grace Memorial 2016 N. 14th Street, Ponca City, OK.

Lizzie Michelle Roy will forever be missed, her memory treasured, and her unyielding spirit fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched. May she rest in eternal peace.
