Josh was born on May 1, 1990 to Jimmy Plunk and Anna (Kemmerer) Maloney in Ponca City, OK. He was raised in Ponca City, OK. He was a Welder by trade and a great one to.

He loved OU football and Cardinal baseball; he could tell you what you needed to know about any player stats. Josh was into collecting of all kind. He loved to play video games and magic with his best friends. He was an avid fisherman and loved hunting with family and friends.

Josh was always willing to help wherever needed or wherever he was asked. He loved his family and friends with a passion no one will ever know. He always stood up for his friends and wanted to be the best uncle to his niece and nephews; he tried to fulfill that even though it was cut short.

We want to celebrate Josh’s life because that is the way he would have wanted “No time to cry just jokes and laughter.” We will miss you son but will never forget your wonderful smile, laughter and HUGS.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Anna Maloney and Rex Maloney of Ponca City, OK; Father, Jim Plunk of Ponca City, OK; Sisters, Amanda and her husband Matthew Wohler of Ponca City, Latisha Parker of Billings, OK, and Robyn Maloney of Ponca City, OK; Brothers, Stedman and his wife Sara Maloney of Ponca City; Preston Maloney of Enid, OK; and Aaron Maloney of Ponca City, OK.
