Obituary for Jace LeClair

Jace Allen LeClair, resident of Ponca City, left this world peacefully at home on Monday, August 3, 2015 after a short hard fight against cancer. He was 20 years of age.

Jace was born January 9, 1995 in Ponca City, the son of Joseph Charles LeClair and Tiffanie Marie (Graham) LeClair. He attended Ponca City Schools and graduated from Ponca City High School in 2013. Jace was active in football throughout his time in school, playing offensive lineman. After graduation Jace entered the workforce and was currently employed at Albertsons Warehouse, but was looking forward to enrolling at Northern Oklahoma College so he could attend classes with his little brother Ty. Jace enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Joe and Tiffanie; two brothers, Ty and Hayden; and one sister, Madysun; paternal grandfather, Arlington LeClair; maternal grandparents, Linda Bolte, Papa Jeff and grandma Judy Graham; maternal great grandma, Marilyn Tate; great aunt and uncle, Lori Fisher and David Tate; aunt and uncle, Billy and Stephanie Moore; aunt Brittane Graham, aunt and uncle, Dana and Colten Bustos; aunt and uncle, Amanda and Justin McFaddin, aunt and uncle Jeremy and Tara Bell; aunt Courtney Nolte; aunt Haley Bolte; cousins Abrianna, James, Maddux, Sererity, Landrie, Londan, Miley, Malayia, Madilynn, Ava, Dawson and Emmett; his very special friends, William and Larissa LeClair and Justin Evans.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Eleanor LeClair; paternal aunt, Sandy LeClair.

Prayer services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the Ponca Indian Methodist Church. A noon meal will be served on Thursday, August 6th at the church followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Rev. Toby Blackstar and Bro. Jimmy White will preside over the service. Burial will follow in the Ponca Indian Tribal Cemetery under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.

Casket bearers are William Colter LeClair, Jay Johnson, Noah Springer, Justin Evans, Zack Bird and Blake Weaselbear. Honorary casket bearers are Ty LeClair, Hayden LeClair, Billy Moore, James Moore, Maddux Moore and Colton Bustos.

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
