February 10, 1935 – April 29, 2019

Earl Fisher, Jr. passed away at the age of 83 on April 29, 2019 in Oklahoma City. He was born on February 10, 1936 to Earl Fisher, Sr. and Eva May Meadors Fisher in Grayhorse, Oklahoma. Earl was raised in a happy home with a large family. He worked as a copper smith in construction, manufacturing bay windows. As a young man, Earl started a family and unto this union two sons and daughter were born; Joe Fisher, Damon Fisher and Leona Stansberry. Later in his life Earl met the love of his life, Connie Grace Mason. Soon after the two were married.

Earl enjoys listening to country music, he evens sings and writes songs occasionally. He’s a very talented guitar player. Quite the outdoorsman, you could often find Earl riding horses, coon huntin’ or noodlin’ for fish. But according to his children Earl’s biggest talent was the super human ability to see around corners.

Earl is predeceased by his brothers and sisters; Truman, Earline, Donald, Ross, Melba, Benny, Ronnie, and son; Damon Fisher.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory and mourn his loss; his wife Connie, son, Joe Fisher, daughter, Leona Stansberry and her husband, grandchildren, Lorie Lenley and Leaetta Owens, eight great grandchildren, brother Gerald Fisher and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Earl’s Life will be held 2pm on Saturday, May 11th, at Grace Memorial Chapel, 2016 N 14th St, Ponca City, OK.
