(September 7, 1957 – June 11, 2016)

Donna Lynn George, age 58, passed away in her sleep on Saturday, June 11, 2016 in her home in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Loving mother, dear friend and dedicated partner, Donna Lynn George was born in Ponca City on September 7, 1957 to Robert Lee and Betty Jane Holmes Cannady. For the past 22 years, she worked at the Pioneer Technology Center where she touched the lives of the staff and students always having smiles, candy, and words of encouragement for them.

Donna filled her free time with grandchildren, family, and an insatiable love of hobbies. She will be remembered for her generosity, always-present smile, and quick, contagious laughter that could fill any room.

Donna was preceded in death by her father and mother as well as brother, Richard Cannady and sister, Sandra Lee Furber.

She is survived by her brothers, David and Michael Cannady, her daughter, Tamera Snow Werner and husband, Christopher Wayne Werner, son Richard Roy George as well as grandchildren, Trevor Austin George, granddaughter-in-law Shy George, Kristal Starr George, Sierra Snow Long, and great-grandchildren, Emily Snow George and Aerien Pratt.

She is also mourned by her partner, Dennis Cramer, his children, Melinda Cramer and Dale and Brandy Cramer, as well as grandchildren, Bentley Earl, Lorelei Cramer, Michelle Cramer and Aurora Cramer.

Services will be held at the Pioneer Technology Center Conference Hall at 2:00 pm, Monday June 20, 2016. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory and will host viewing Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m and Sunday, June 19, 2016 from 1:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.

Nathan York, Chase Hoyt, Ray Swinford, Tim Braden, Jack McGuire and Steve Griffith are all honored to be pallbearers.
