Donna Ball, 89, beloved Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on Thursday, April 25, 2019, in Fort Collins, CO. She entered this world on January 2, 1930, in Lyman, OK, born to Frank and Gladys Chapman Ausbrooks.

Donna grew up in the Shidler area and attended school in Shidler. Donna met the love of her life Joe A. Ball, and they were married February 1947 in Sedan, Kansas, and they made Osage county their home. Donna graduated from State beauty college in Ponca City, and she opened her own hair salon, and she retired in the late 1980s after over 30 years of service. She enjoyed Sewing, Quilting, Painting, Gardening, golf, bowling, playing Bingo and doing arts and crafts. Donna was also very active in the VFW Auxiliary. Donna lived in Shidler most of her life and moved to Blackwell to be close to her son, and then she moved to Fort Collins, CO June 2018 to be with her daughter.

She is survived by her daughter Kandy Wise and husband Tim of Fort Collins, CO, 1 son Joe Ball Jr and wife Becky of Blackwell, OK. Also, surviving are grandchildren; Donna Mae Baker and husband Alan of North, Carolina, Joe Ball III and wife Stacie of Ponca City, OK, Kerry Wehunt and wife Chasity of North Carolina, Misty Ball of Blackwell, OK, Morgan Wise of Denver, CO, Seth Wise of, Shelbi Wise and Sierra Wise all of Fort Collins, CO. Great grandchildren; Austin Baker of North Carolina, Madyson Ball of Stillwater, OK Mattea Ball of Blackwell, OK, Garrett Baker of North Carolina, Spencer Ball of Ponca City, OK, Kaleb Wehunt of North Carolina, Brenner Ball of Ponca City, OK and Billi K Wehunt of North Carolina, 2 great great grandchildren; Journey Schofell and Camreigh Moore both of Blackwell, OK She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joe of 62 years, 3 brothers; Claude Ausbrooks, Clayton Ausbrooks and Donald Ausbrooks, 2 sisters; Bernice Johnston and Juanita stark.

Funeral services will be held on 2 pm Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in the Chapel of Grace Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ed Dowty officiating. Interment will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery under the care of Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City, OK. visitation will be held at Grace Memorial Chapel Tuesday, April 30, 2019, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
