May 12, 1999 – May 23, 2020

Cole Ryan Soutter, age 21, resident of Ponca City, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 in Ponca City.

A celebration of Cole’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2020 at the First Baptist Church with pastor Michael Taylor officiating. Cole will be laid to rest privately following the ceremony. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory.

Cole was born on May 12, 1999 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Bobby Soutter and Shannon (Collier) Anderson. He was raised in Ponca City and graduated with the Ponca City High School Class of 2018. In the summer of 2015, he began working at Younger-Holmes electric and had gone full time in 2018 as an electrician’s apprentice. The great outdoors allured Cole to go outside and play. He loved hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and riding horses. Even more so, he adored the people around him. Every friend was a best friend. His family was also incredibly special to him. His siblings and parents were treasured in his life. Cole had a kind, big heart and a friendly way about himself which drew people to him. Cole will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his parents: Shannon and Brandon Anderson of Amarillo, TX and Bobby and Tracie Soutter of Ponca City; siblings: Kailye Anderson of Ponca City, Coleton Clark of Blackwell, OK, Kade Soutter of Ponca City, Kinlee Soutter of Ponca City, Jett Anderson of Amarillo, TX, and Noxx Anderson of Amarillo, TX, grandparents: Kenny Soutter and wife Susie of Ponca City, Glen Collier and Sharla Humble of Bethany, OK, Rita Yates of Oklahoma City, Frank and Pam Bains of Newkirk, OK and Joe Bob Anderson of Ponca City, as well as numerous aunts uncles, cousins, and friends.

Cole was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Renee Soutter and Donna Anderson as well as his aunt, Mistie Trueblood.
