Michael Engster

Michael Albert Engster, age 79, passed away on November 15, 2025, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. He was a longtime resident of Burbank, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
Mike served as a sailor in the German Navy, the owner of Centerline Inc., a published author, and a world-class hunter. His life was marked by discipline, accomplishment, and dedication to his family and work.
He is survived by his wife Sonja, his sons Stephan and Martin, his grandchildren Max, Sarah with her husband Aaron, and Stephanie with her husband Levi, and his great-grandchildren James and Luke.
A memorial service and luncheon will be held at 2821 E Prospect Ave. at the Ponca City VFW Post 1201, Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
