James Aaron McGuire, 68, of Ponca City, OK, died on November 12, 2025. A celebration of life for James Aaron McGuire will be held on November 21st at Trout Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.
James was born on February 7th, 1957, to Aaron and Louise in Fairfax Ok. He spent most of his summers with his grandparents in Glencoe, OK. James graduated from Po-High and started working at Mertz Manufacturing as a truck driver. He met the love of his life Judy Hermes, and they got married on February 6th, 1981. James loved to play golf, go hunting, fishing, and camping. The thing he adored most was his family and spending time with them.
He is survived by: his mother, Louise Dilbeck; one brother, Harvey McGuire and wife, Cecilia; his wife, Judy McGuire; daughter, Jandy Chamberlin and husband, John; son, Jared McGuire; and his four grandchildren, Kaci Austin, Abby Chamberlin, Diesel McGuire, and Elijah Chamberlin.
