Jamee (Cowell) Clapper, age 77, of Perry, Oklahoma, passed away on March 25, 2026, at Green Valley Nursing Home in Perry, Oklahoma.
Jamee was born on April 13, 1948, in Enid, OK, to Walter LeRoy and Beverly (Ballew) Cowell.
Jamee was passionate about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved music and writing.
Survivors include her daughters, Abby Manley of Perry, Amy Blankinship of Mt Carmel, TN, and Amanda Clapper of Mannford; her son, Clint Smith of Bixby, and Ross Clapper of Tulsa.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Beverly and LeRoy Cowell; her sister, Clare Fulk; and her grandparents, James and Wahneta Ballow.
