November 16, 1946 – October 7, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, dad, brother, son, uncle, cousin, and friend. Earl Morris was born November 16, 1946, to Arthur Lee and Maggie Mae Morris. He departed this world on October 7, 2025, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Earl lived a life of love and cherished moments with family and friends. After receiving his education, Earl served his country by enlisting in the Army. While in the Army he fought for our country in Vietnam.
Earl displayed a remarkable work ethic while holding a position at Blue Moon for over 25 years. He enjoyed cooking for the ones he loved. Moments outdoor were special to him. He enjoyed fishing, grilling, and riding in his truck listening to his music. Family meant everything to him. He was a beloved family man what spent a lot of memorable time with to his wife, children and grandchildren. Earl has a special place in his heart for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Papa always embraced them with a big smile and lots of candy and was so proud of them.
Earl was united in matrimony with Ann Hardiman for 44 years. Together they raised 9 children, 6 boys and 3 girls. Earl is preceded in death by both parents, brothers Bobby, Arlen and Leroy, sisters Freddie Mae, Eddie Mae and Cloteal. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Ann, brother Lester and sisters Mae Lou and Helen. His children Kevin and wife April, Johnny and wife Kimber, Shanda, Ed, Bobby, Billy, Arthur, Teal, Michelle, Stephanie and brother and sisters in law May, Robert, and wife Catherine, Elvira and husband Roger Lee and Lorenzo and wife Gayla. Earl also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
The Morris and Hardiman family extend a heartfelt gratitude to all friends and family for the love and the support. He left this world in peace and was surrounded with a lot of love.
Friends are welcome to stop by Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City to pay their respects and sign his guest book on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
A Celebration of his life will take place at Grace Memorial Chapel in Ponca City, Oklahoma on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 2 p.m. Military honors will be presented. Online condolences may be written at www.gracememorailchapel.net
