Cindy Lou Fuhrman

Cindy Lou Fuhrman of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away on February 13, 2026. She was born on August 15, 1959, in Alexandria, Minnesota, to Bruce and Phyllis Norton, who preceded her in death.
Cindy will be remembered for her kind heart and her desire to help others and serve her community. She spent many years working in convenience stores where she formed countless lasting friendships. She truly enjoyed helping people, going camping, going to the casino and spending time with family and friends.
She was survived by her loving husband, Kevin Fuhrman; her daughters, Melissa Lay and Jessica Edwardson and husband Doug Edwardson; her cherished grandchildren, Chase Lay, Tyler Lay, and Mariah Fulk and husband Jaydien; and her beloved great-grandson, Tyrell Fulk. Peggy Fuhrman who she warmly referred to as mom and all her Nebraska Family.
She is also survived by her siblings, Raymond and Julie Norton, Steven Norton, and Roseanne and Lance Heaton, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Cindy was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Ruth Hall, her Mother and Father in law, Joe and Geri Fuhrman.
She will be deeply missed. Per her wishes there will be no services. (Celebration of Life at a later date.)
