Carthene Logan, 85, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. A Funeal Ceremony will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mark Berry officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.
Carthene was born on Friday, December 22, 1939, in Muskogee, OK, to Sherman and Ester (Scott) Barnes. She graduated from Blackwell High School in 1958. She married Eyvind Logan on January 1, 1959, in Blackwell, OK. She enjoyed being a wife, mother, and grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are: her husband, Eyvind, of the home; sons, Tony Logan of Wichita, KS, Paul Logan of Denver, CO; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by: her parents; and brothers, Willard Barnes, and Joe Barnes.
Pallbearers will be Randy Burch, Greg Butts, Cody Logan, Kyle Logan, Tony Logan, and Paul Logan.
