Barbara Jane (Fowler) Stevens, 67, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away February 16, 2026, after a lengthy illness. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK 74601.
Barbara was born June 17, 1958, in Midland, Michigan, to Cecil and Margaret (Lueders) Fowler. She was a long-time Ponca City resident and a devoted homemaker who loved and cared deeply for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Stevens of Ponca City; her sons, David and Jen Stevens of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Matthew Stevens of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Michael Stevens of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Kyce Stevens, Allison Stevens, Aydin Stevens, and Jay Fowler; and her great-grandchildren, Khalil and Zoella.
She is also survived by her brothers, Bob Fowler, Duane Fowler, Pat Fowler, and Calvin Fowler; her sisters, Sharon Hocker, Carolyn Fowler, Connie Wazny, Linda Barfield, and Tammy Hruskevich; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Margaret Fowler; her sisters, Cindy Clifton and Debra Fowler; and her brother, Edward Fowler.
Barbara will be remembered for her love of family and the time she shared with those whom she loved most.
