NOC Classes postponed until 11 a.m.

POWER OUTAGE: Due to power outages in the Tonkawa area, there will be no classes and the offices will be closed, Thursday, Feb. 23 on the NOC Tonkawa campus, until 11 a.m. In addition, all ITV classes will not meet until after 11 a.m. or until the power is restored.
