New AP Poll, OU Slips Single Spot

The new Associated Press top-25 poll has been released and the Oklahoma Sooners slid a spot despite taking care of South Dakota 70-14.

LSU passed Oklahoma after its marquee win over the Texas Longhorns in Austin that night. The Tigers are back in the top-4 after some time away from the top of the poll.

OU stays inside the top-5. Texas dropped out of the top-10 and Iowa State dropped out of the top-25.

Oklahoma State is up to 20 points and continues to receive votes. They are the fifth team in terms of votes received in the Big 12.
