Moving day!

The Central Office staff in the Administrative Building for Ponca City Public Schools is moving today from the office building in the 100 block of West Grand Avenue to the 600 block of East Grand Avenue.
Bret Smith, Director of Maintenance and Operations, is on the job helping the moving crews move furniture and other essentials in a timely and smooth manner.
In some ways, it’s a matter of going home to the building which was the Administrative Building decades ago. The old building, across from East Middle School, has had a complete update and renovation to prepare for a vastly different way of doing business.
An open house for the new offices was held Sunday.
Some departments will remain at the West Grand location and other operations will move there, giving both buildings new functions.
