Motorcyclist dies of injuries

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports Scott Hampton, 54, of Ponca City has died of injuries he suffered from a motorcycle crash June 14.
The accident occurred just south of CR4250, 2.1 miles south of Shidler in Osage County. Hampton had been transported by Shidler EMS to EagleMed and then was airlifted to St. John’s Hospital in Tulsa.
The Highway Patrol reported he died Sunday at St. John’s.
