Morning storms bring wind, power outages

Storms that moved through Ponca City this morning brought well over an inch of rain and recorded wind gust of 59 MPH.

Records indicate that a wind gust of 59 MPH was reported at 10:53 this morning. There were reports of power outages throughout Ponca City as a result of the storms.
