The Po-Hi Cheerleaders will present "Don’t Stop Believing," the 2015 Mini Cheer Clinic.
Registration for the clinic is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 15.

At HALFTIME of the Ponca City vs Bixby Football Game
CHEER BUDDY: Each “mini-cheerleader” will be in a group with a Po-Hi Cheerleader (Cheer Buddy). Groups will be assigned their “Cheer Buddy” the first night and will stay the same throughout the week. The “Cheer Buddy” will teach the cheer and dance and help with questions. High School parents will be available to help with questions as well.
PICTURES: Parent may take pictures of their mini-cheerleader Wednesday night after practice with their Po-Hi Cheerleader buddy. Please dress appropriately.
PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:

On first day – check in to receive your child’s name tag and Cheer Buddy assignment.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your practice time each day.

Parents of children 3 yrs old and 4 yrs old MUST stay during the entire practice each day.

Upon arrival, parents need to assist their child to their assigned Cheer Buddy group.

Parents MUST sign their child in and out of practice.

Shoes need to be removed before entering the gym floor and placed in the Cheer Buddy’s basket.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR. Water fountains are available.
PERFORMANCE NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS:

Be at the stadium no later than 7:30 pm. (the game begins at 7:00 pm)

Mini-Cheerleaders get in free if wearing the T-Shirt. (family and friends will need to pay at gate)

Bring your poms!

Wear denim jeans (or shorts) with your t-shirt and athletic shoes (if you want to wear a skirt, please be sure to wear briefs or shorts underneath)

In case of inclement weather: we will perform in the rain as long as there is no lightening.
HOW TO LINE UP FOR THE HALFTIME PERFORMANCE :

During 2 nd quarter when 5 minutes are left on the game clock, go to West end of field (5 th street side)

Look for your Cheer Buddy. Each “Cheer Buddy” will have a sign with her name on it.

Po-Hi cheer parents will be assisting

EXITING THE FIELD: when the performance is over – all cheerleaders will exit to the visitor side of the field (North)
and walk the track to the West end (5 th street side) Parents will pick children up there from their assigned Cheer Buddy

NO PARTICIPANT’S PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK DURING THE PERFORMANCE! Pictures and videos may be taken from the stands.
