Mayfield apologizes for postgame flag celebration

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) – Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield has apologized for his postgame flag celebration following the Sooners’ victory at Ohio State.

On Saturday, Mayfield planted the crimson OU flag at midfield at Ohio Stadium. Mayfield said Monday that he didn’t meant any disrespect.
