Mandy Morris was selected in 2016 to serve as the Chamber’s Chair Elect and will become Chamber Chair in 2018.

Morris was born in Mangum, Oklahoma, and her family relocated to Ponca
City during her early childhood. She’s always considered this great community as her native home.

A 1983 graduate of Ponca City High School, Morris has fond memories of playing on the very first soccer team at the school.

Morris graduated from Northern Oklahoma College with an Associate Degree, and attended Oklahoma State University.

Morris entered the workforce in 1987 as an accounts payable clerk for Evans & Associates Enterprises. She says she knew instantly that she had found her corporate home, and her corporate family.  Under the guidance of its founder, she entered the “Jerry Evans School of Business” and began a challenging career with the local company.

Holding several positions since 1987, Morris is currently the Chief Financial Officer, and was recently promoted to hold the corporate office of Vice President for Evans & Associates Enterprises and all subsidiaries.

As with all of their employees, Morris is constantly encouraged by her corporate family to give back to the community through voluntary involvement. She was active in several Po Hi booster clubs during the years that her children attended Ponca City Public Schools.

The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce provided an opportunity for Morris to develop as a leader and as a community participant. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Ponca City and a member of Leadership Alumni.

She serves on the Business Council, Community Development Council and the Ponca Politics Committee.

In addition to her active participation in the Chamber, Morris served eight years as a director for the Community Health Foundation, and recently attended the Citizens Police Academy. She continues to serve on several fundraising committees for local agencies. She is also a member of Professionals Today.

She is married to Nick Morris, Area Manager of Hiland Dairy, and they have two beautiful daughters, Lexi and Niki.

When not working or volunteering, Mandy enjoys gardening, relaxing by the pool and spending time with her family and friends.
