Main Street announces winners of “Outside the Box” art contest

Ponca City Main Street announces three winners of the Outside the Box art contest.
Chris LittleCook, Melinda Rich LittleCook and Theresa Sacket’s artwork will soon be available for viewing on signal boxes in downtown Ponca City.
Main Street will also wrap a fourth signal box downtown. That art piece will be selected by a public vote during the Crazy Days Street Party, which will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Veterans’ Plaza at Fourth Street and Grand Avenue.
Food trucks will begin serving at 5 p.m. with live music starting at 6 p.m. Downtown merchants will have sales starting Thursday and going all weekend.
Om Yoga & Wellness Center will be doing a special Crazy Days hydro-yoga session on the Splash Pad at the Veterans Plaza at 5:15 p.m. No need to bring your mat, just be prepared to get wet!
The Ponca City Art Center is also hosting the Grand Chalk-Off again this year. The art will be ready to view during the Crazy Days event.
