Logan County Sheriff Damon Devereaux said the suspect, believed to be Nathan Aaron LeForce, 45, stole the deputy’s vehicle and drove to Smitty’s convenience store in Coyle. There LeForce hijacked another car from a female driver who is believed to be ok.

Authorities have confirmed that LeForce is now in police custody.
